Birds & Monsters

My good friend Michael Stame took these beautiful shots yesterday afternoon, having some friends model for him..
The photoshoot was styled by Spyros Savvinos(the boy) and as Stame sent me the pictures I couldn’t do nothing but post them..
I loved the fact that a necklace I hade made specially for Stame is also featured in the photoshoot; the one with the bronze cylinder!

When I first met Photoshop

This one was the first collage I made on photoshop after some lessons I had at school!
It really made me kind of proud...

and then He said..

Fourth Day

At the fourth day we were introduced to a new workshop which was footwear with Jane Francis!

"Nothing is impossible..."

It started like that. Actually, without even the heel and after hours of exaustive but pleasure decoration it become as you see above!

Third Day

Helmert Robbertsen was the instructor of Body Accessories & Jewellery workshop.
I had the best time at the third day, totally awesome and inspiring lesson!

I made this dark, extravagant, giant earings! It started as a necklace but in the meantime I changed my mind and turn the hole project into earings, much better...

Second Day

At the second day of the course we did Millinary with Piers Atkinson!

This day I made these two hats. The green one, robin hood inspired and the black one made out of black rubish bag with these grey 3D objects I loved.

This summer I had a great time in central London all alone...
I was there for just one thing:
Summer short courses at Central Saint Martins.
I applied to Fashion Accessories 16-18 year olds short course and I was accepted. Although the course was just for one week our teachers did manage to make us learn as much as we can and they definately made it!
At the first day we did an introduction to the course with our main teacher, shoe designer Jane Francis. She also had us make a research in the college library so as to find some inspiring work of fashion designers based on recycle. Yes, recycle and reinvention was the main focus of the course. Later, she had as site touring on the big streets of London. We did some window shopping in famous(or even not) fashion brands in order to get inspired...
Then, we visited a gallery exhibition based on recycle.

While walking in Soho I found this really usefull rubish layed down in the middle of a street market..:

...and that became the starting point of my recycled "collection" I did there....
All of my work will be presented soon....
